We operate a free online service that connects homeowners with independent, third-party HVAC contractors (“Contractors”). We are not a contractor, we are not a party to any agreement between you and a Contractor, and we do not perform HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance. We do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or supervise any Contractor.
Information on this site — including cost ranges and guides — is general and informational only, may not reflect your specific situation, and is not a quote. Actual pricing, licensing, warranties, scheduling, and workmanship are determined solely by the Contractor you choose. We do not guarantee any Contractor’s availability, pricing, quality, or results.
By submitting a request, you agree to be contacted as described in our Privacy Policy, including by phone, text, and email (with automated technology where applicable). Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HVAC QUOTE PROS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS, OMISSIONS, WORK, PRICING, OR CONDUCT OF ANY CONTRACTOR. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HVAC Quote Pros from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your dealings with any Contractor, or your violation of these Terms.
All content, branding, and design on this site are owned by HVAC Quote Pros or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which HVAC Quote Pros is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis; class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
