Communications: records of calls, texts, or emails between you and us or matched contractors, which may be recorded or monitored for quality and compliance.

2. How we use your information

To match you with licensed, independent HVAC contractors and enable them to prepare quotes.
To contact you about your request by phone, text, or email (see “Your consent to be contacted” below).
To operate, secure, measure, and improve the Service and our advertising.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Your consent to be contacted (TCPA)

When you submit our form and check the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for HVAC Quote Pros and up to four matched independent contractors (and their authorized partners) to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, and text messages — even if your number is listed on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to texts, asking a caller to stop, or emailing us at the address below.

4. How we share information

Matched contractors and lead partners: we share your request details with the licensed contractors and contractor networks that serve your area so they can contact you and quote your project.
Service providers: vendors that host our site, route calls, send messages, and provide analytics, acting on our behalf.
Legal and safety: when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale” or “share” under some state laws — see your rights below.

5. Cookies & advertising
